UBC Musical Theatre Troupe hosts various events throughout the year, including:
- Karaoke Nights
- Trivia Nights
- Cabarets are a single night of celebration for the talent of the MTT Community, with performance opportunities, spectator enjoyment, and a unique theme.
- 24 Hour Musicals are 3 student written 20-minute plays with a common theme, all put on in less than 24 hours! Every auditionee becomes swiftly enrolled and in a whirlwind weekend and will be transported through the entire process of putting on a musical from read through to performance night.
- Annual black-tie gala is a soiree unlike any other, once a year MTT puts on a themed night of enchantment. Gala is a chance to socialise, look back, recognise and laud the immense work of our community.
- MTT Field Trips to attend local theatre around Vancouver, with group discounts/student discounts available to MTT members only

Who Organizes Events?
The Events Team, led by our Events Director, is responsible for organizing official club events. The events team consists of Events Committee Members who are hired by the Events Director.
