The A Chorus Line Creative Team would like to thank all of our participants for their continued support and enthusiasm about our workshops. To continue creating a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our members, we have decided to extend the rehearsal period for our March 2022 A Chorus Line production. Auditions will therefore take place November 13th, 15th, and 16th, with callbacks on November 20th. The cast will rehearse December 1st and 4th before taking a break for exams and the holidays, and start up again in January.

Our remaining acting workshops on October 30th, and November 3rd will concentrate on audition preparation. We will cover what is expected from auditionees and different monologues in each workshop. If you participate in these workshops and perform a monologue in them, you will not have to prepare a monologue for your audition. If you are not currently located in Vancouver but are returning in January, instructions will be provided for submitting a virtual audition.

We do not expect perfection at your auditions, and will consider your willingness to learn and grow in addition to your performance skills. We encourage all auditionees to audition for their preferred roles, regardless of gender, appearance, or race, as per our diversity and inclusion statement.
